Chaotix no sram. Can anybody patch it?

After the first level you can save but the sram isn’t working. You can save game and continue even after a reset while mister is on but as soon as you switch off and on all progress is wiped. Tried auto, ddr3 and sdram in the cores miscellaneous menu but all the same.
The core currently does not support saving backup memory.

still need to try it. there are save options in the core now so which weren't there before so i'm guessing its done but due to some personal issues I haven't had chance to actually play through and try it yet to check. dont know if anyone else has tried it
