Reference distance indicator box too narrow in IFS plots

Description
The reference distance indicator box in IFS plots is too narrow, causing the reference distance indicator to overlap with the boundary of the box. This is probably due to the regular lat/lon grid of IFS as opposed to the rotated-pole grid of the COSMO fields for which the reference distance indicator has initially been implemented.
TODO
Fix the specification/computation of the box dimension!
- Solved the main issue in v0.14.3
- Still popped up occasionally later
- Recent crash directly caused by a typo may be related to ref dist indicator, therefore leaving issue open
