Various Enhancements to item related commands

Suggestions on how to improve the usablity of !market:

rename the rows so their names don't take so much space to fit longer user/itemnames:
Listing ID -> ID
Quantity -> QTY
Buy Price -> Price
Sort from highest ID to lowest id (so new items appear on top, and you don't have to flip through the whole market to check if there's new stuff)
Items categorized by tags
Add an optional setting to limit how many items someone can list
or: add a timer that unlists an item after X days.
The market tends to get filled with items people forget about and noone buys

Items categorized by tags
Multiple rows of items per page

Suggestions on how to improve the usability of !give !giveitem, !craft, !market, !shop and !lootbox and basically anything that uses items:

show the item's description box [like item_display() ] after you get/buy/craft it
