Weird bug

Hey could use a hand here.
No matter which bot i choose there seems to be an issue with "p = subprocess.Popen([pythonCommand,'bots/server/discord_text_spam.py',token,spam_text,proxy_list[proxy_number]])"
here is my config file.
& which mail server am i meant to use, is this for email creation and account creation or how does that work?
I am not using proxies this is where I'm at
It appears the bot is making it to this point and something seems to be upsetting it here.
