Discussing the concurrency crocodile

Although the concurrency crocodile is a fun mnemonic for an issue to be aware of (generally) in distributed systems it needs explaining the first time it is introduced.

(Including that the reason we use a crocodile is that a concurrency error is an ambush predator)
