Handle updated error/mute messages

Errors are going to change to a slightly different format, so ideally for now both formats should be handled gracefully until the switch is fully made.
Also new mute parameters.
@voloshink I will look at rebasing the PR on our fork for backend after we review it, but I imagine we will need to handle this on the frontend of chat-gui as well, which we have little priority around currently so this may not happen for a while.
Can we catch this repo up to date? It seems to have fallen through the cracks a bit with open issues

@voloshink do you have any want to work on this? There are plans to sunset the project and drop support for this project in the coming months so we are giving little priority to old projects.
If i get around to it. Will you be moving away from using this for strims? if that's the case that would make updating it to work with dgg simpler.
Yeah, we will be migrating away from the existing chat server.
