Welcome Notification

Send the user a welcome notification after generating the profile. The notification can include information about the user's profile or any other information. It can also be some kind of test as the user enters the pushbullet token, a welcome notification is received instantly.

I don't think it would be a great idea to do this. Unnecessary notifications are often irritating.
