When switching to one of the world imagery layers, the terrain provider automatically changes to maptiler

If I switch the imagery layer to any of the available world imagery layers, the terrain provider actually switches to the maptiler terrain API.
We probably don't want this for the region of Rio as they have specific DEM's per certain period of time and the maptiler terrain API is probably only serving recent terrain tiles. This obviously discard this specific regional advantage.
Therefore, terrain and imagery layers should be able to be defined independently, or the terrain provider must locked for certain regions, regardless of the imagery chose by the user.
