Expanded directories not refreshed correctly on changes

Bug:

1. In a Sunflower file list, expand a directory containing files (so they appear underneath).
2. Remove one of these files (with Sunflower itself, or externally with rm).

I expect the removed file to disappear from the list (like it does when it’s in the list’s top-level directory), but it stays.

If instead of removing I rename the file, the entry for the new name appears in the list, but the old one doesn’t disappear.
