Does not render skies on Xbox since update to 1.13.0

Skies are excellent on PC on 1.13.0. The sun and moon render correctly on Xbox, but clouds and the aurora do not appear.
To clarify, it works perfectly on PC. On Xbox, you get a round sun and moon, but no clouds, no aurora, and no water effects..
