IE 8 support

I'm not very familiar with Angular.js but it shouldn't be too hard to bring back IE8 support.

If you think it's not worth I guess we should get rid of es5-shim and json3 and tweak the browsehappy prompt.
I wouldn't worry about IE8 yet. Let's see what @jdorfman thinks.
I vote to ignore IE8
Not going to support IE8. I think starting from Angular 1.3 it would be even harder to maintain the support so it simply isn't worth it.
