mws::daemon::Config redundant data

Many fields are duplicated (e.g. config.dataPath, config.indexingConfiguration.dataPath, etc.)
Furthermore, the difference between IndexingConfiguration and IndexingOptions is not clear.
Maintaining the fields twice is error-prone.

Also, it is not clear if DEFAULT_MWS_DATA_PATH is necessary anymore.
