Overlay Widgets on Layout of Map

A FloatLayout should be created which the self.MeileMap is added to where the IP Address and Connected Node Widgets are placed transparently at the bottom of the map in an overlay.
Also, the bandwidth bar should be overlayed underneath the above to widgets.
