[MERGE] fiat-osx and fiat-osx-intel branches can be merged

See the following commit. Since OS X Intel and Apple Silicon have exact same logic with the only difference being in the kvlang file, we can merge these branches with the platform specific code seen here:

One thing is we have to separate the packaged binaries. will produce a solution for that later.
