Top BoxLayout should be on Node screen

As suggested by https://github.com/p4privacy, the top BoxLayout of IP, Node, Sort, Warp, Logo, should also be present on the Node Listing screen. This will give a fuller appearance in the Node Screen and will enhance usability.
