create error page

About the Issue
Create an error page for when the create-new-playlist request fails. Check the #27 pull request to understand better the endpoint and request functionalities
When the playlists is ask to be created but there's an error; this element needs to be displayed into the page this way
It must be removed only when another request is made !
Now, when clicking this box the page should redirect to the '/error' endpoint

you are asked to create a /error endpoint that displays the error-page. Follow the design in Figma:
