Duct: purge old reports

Duct will copy served reports to its own directory. Running test suites is typically something you do a lot, so that directory will end up consuming a load of disk space unless you keep going in and manually cleaning up. Duct isn't supposed to be a report archival utility, so lets add a configurable purging facility that deletes reports older than some configurable time limit, or limits the maximum number of saved reports, or some other behaviour to keep disk usage under control.
