Floating hexdump header

The top line of the hexdump report component (for example) displays the details of the currently-hovered value (i.e.: the value expressed in binary/hex/decimal/ascii). For long messages the header is off the top of the screen, where it's no use to anyone.
It should float with the viewport so that it's always visible.
