Permission request for inclusion in Wipr

I hope this message finds you well. I am a recent user of Wipr, a light weight content blocking Safari extension specially designed for iOS and MacOS devices. This app has superior performance in comparison to AdGuard for Safari specially on Mac devices, which has been super glitchy and slows down Safari considerably.
Recently, I had a conversation with the developer of Wipr, asking her if it’s possible to add a persian language filter list to her app and I recommended your list as the best option available. she expressed interest in adding your filter to the app. However, due to licensing incompatibility, she suggested seeking special permission to use the list in her non-open source application.
I am reaching out to inquire whether you would be open to granting such permission. The developer has shared the link to the acknowledgments page ((https://kaylees.site/wipr-acknowledgements.html)) where it mentions "used with permission."
If you agree with this proposal, it would contribute to improving the functionality of Wipr and benefit its user community.
