[Request] Generating the CSV from tagaya

It would be a very cool feature, if the software generated the update list CSV from the online tagaya server.
You wouldnt have to update the list manually if Nintendo releases a new update. And fully new titles could be added automatically as well (as Paper Mario Color Splash or Zelda U in the future).
Finally done!
