Replace android-issue-reporter

Because of the recent issue wrt R8/Proguard breaking the library, I've given it a closer look. We should simply replace this with some local code and use the eclipse github library directly as none of the 3rd party dependencies are still maintained it doesn't make sense to do anything else than simply code this ourselves.

Hey guys, thanks for using android-issue-reporter in your app! As is the case for many open-source projects, I don't really find much time anymore to maintain the library by myself. So I'm open to and very happy about all contributions from others, especially the recent PR by @cyb3rko! It would be great, if you could join their efforts 👍
