Wrong nationality and Face from the config file anytime i use newgan

Whenever i use the newgan it gives the majority of my newgens the wrong nationality in the config for some reason it gives seasian to the majority of the nationalitys. It worked once after just brute forcing generate until it worked but now im a couple of seasons in and dont want to lose the faces that have worked.
To Reproduce
- Go to the new Youth intake players
- Click on some profile and see the wrong face for nation
- If you go onto the Config its wrong but in the text file its correct
