I did everything I could to fix this bug.

What i have:
Dongle is TL-WN823N
Distro is Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)
Kernel is Linux 5.10.0-13-amd64

What i have done:

  1. Installed driver via dkms
  2. Unplugging and plugging dongle.
  3. /etc/modules have:
    8192eu
    loop
  4. /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8xxxu.conf have:
    blacklist rtl8xxxu
  5. /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8xxxu-blacklist.conf have:
    blacklist rtl8xxxu
  6. /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-rtl8xxxu.conf have:
    blacklist rtl8xxxu
  7. /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf have:
    [device]
    wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no
