2FA method disappears from db

Describe the bug

The 2FA method key keeps disappearing from the db which causes trouble logging in.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign up new account
  2. Logout
  3. Login
  4. While doing 2FA it will give error saying "undefined is not a valid type"

Expected behavior

I expect twofa_method not to disppear from the db and to be able to properly login without 2FA issues.
