You could try with v1.0.2 that checks does your phone supports /system/xbin and if not, mounts busybox to /system/bin

If still not working, then there must be something special with your (custom?) ROM, colliding with busybox

Well i used that.
Normal busybox works, but this just crashes my phone

Please try v1.0.3

Now it doesn't 'overwrite' sh, toybox applets, etc - it mounts now only busybox applets they can not be found in the path

Should i use it with or without BusyBox NDK installed?

You need only one BB module, not two installed and enabled in parallel
