Services like digital wellbeing apply a profile to apps, is it possible to have the app grayscale or use other effects when a certain profile is applied?

Stock OnePlus launcher when digital wellbeing is activated:

It would be nice if this is customisable, options like playing with the hue or saturation instead of just simple grayscaling could be usefull when using iconpacks like Arcticons.
