Screenshot Functionality

Google maps v2 provides a feature to take screenshots of the view. Such a functionality would reduce reliance on a server side component to get a Static maps image.
A very similar functionality was already added in Osmdroid 6.1.0
A sample usage was added to issue opened in osmdroid repo as well . Link to issue
