Bug: JavaScript error in your D3.js code: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'data[data.length - 1]')

Actual behavior
This one is kind of difficult to replicate and perhaps is not a priority, as the functionality is not affected. Some events, when opened throw an error in a JavaScript D3.js code: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'data[data.length - 1]') See attached screenshot for details. I used Web Inspector to examine events, some display the error and some don't.
Expected behavior
there should be no javascript errors
