Feeds enabled for caching show "Not Cached" on feeds table

I have feeds with "Caching Enabled" selected, but under the "Cached" column on the Feeds table, "Not Cached" is displayed. Although I have tried the "Cache all feeds" button, and also clicking on the small ram icon to cache them individually, but it still does not show as cached. I want to access the "Feed overlap analysis matrix" section, but it says I need at least 2 cached and available feeds. I'm guessing this is a bug, but I have no other MISP instances to compare this one to.

At least in the latest version MISP is not caching automatically for me despite scheduler is set to do so. But manual 'Cache all feds' works for me.
