The "unchanged" password in SASL does not authenticate the server to be connected

When I use SASL to authenticate with the server I type my username and password.
But when I connect the server next time,it becomes disconnected.
I have to write the password in the password field everytime in SASL authentication.
This is not server specific:I have tested on both liberachat and gnome server.
Looks like there was some connectivity issue.The problem is not with unchanged password.I am closing the issue.
