for eff cert old and then renew, no propt to confirm new cert
Also the app is not confirming if the cert has changed after excepting the cert
I'm having a little trouble understanding this ticket; perhaps the following adjustments should apply?
- s/propt/prompt/
- s/excepting/accepting/
