Already having the saliency detection results

If I already output the saliency detection mapts, all I want to do is to evaulate my results by F-measure. Can I just use the matlab code and the .tex to get the PR-curve and F value? I do not know C++ and visual studio a lot, it is time consuming for me to configure the corresponding OpenCV environment.
