Feature request: Animation player in optimizer page

It can be useful to change animations from an imported VRM
Implementation would be similar to how animation player was added into batch manifest page

can be useful for testing spring bones / weight painting quickly without manifest files

Also don't reset the animation when dragging in a new VRM

If the animation is set to something else than the default, like if Walking was animation 3 and you drag in a new VRM, the new VRM is also playing Walking animation
