Language follows Region and not Language from Windows settings

It seems like language follows the region and not the language settings from Windows. My Windows display language is English and my region is Norway, yet NanaZip is displayed in Norwegian.
I am running the latest preview build: 3.0 Preview 0 (3.0.756.0).
This is also a problem on my end. I imagine this is a big problem for anyone living abroad.
It would be nice to be able to select the language through the settings as well.
