MPpatch messes up map settings on connecting clients

Host will have modified settings (either loaded from setting file or applied manually, both reproduce issue)
Host has a mod.

Client connects -> 'Configure' popup for mod application -> In lobby, checks map settings, don't match what host has.

Host can re-apply the settings again (with everyone in lobby) and the settings match.
Do not really see desyncs (afaik) for the settings not matching yet, maybe visual bug only maybe not.

Does not happen if everyone has MPPatch but they play with no mod (so no configure necessary).
