WEBP support

Images in the format webp aren’t supported.
Firefox 75.0, Safari 13.1 on macOS 10.15.4
WEBP is now ~10 years old, and supported by Firefox, Chrome and Edge. It either gives you much better quality at the same file size as JFIF/JPEG, or a much smaller file. Or something in between.
It seems that GD and imagick support webp. It should be very easy to add.
