When I run nvim nothing installs

I am running nvim after making a clone into c:/Users/myUser/.config/nvim
I also tried c:/Users/myUser/~/.config/nvim
In this directory is where I put all of your stuff. When I run nvim from the console nothing installs and I am just in regular vim
No matter which of these paths I use

Solution

run the :help config
comand this will show you the correct path for your folder
