this plugin will create/edit the 'ip_text' widget from dex/deh firmware without the need to change xmb_plugin.sprx
ip widget will be shown on xmb and ingame-xmb
usage
load the plugin from anywhere on ur hdd
the custom text is loaded from 'ip_text.txt', this file should be placed in the same directory as the plugin
