This should be prominently documented. Some addons make menu bar buttons, some make menu items like yours, some you need to look at the addons menu first. It's customizing firefox, so an obvious place to look is in the firefox options. Nope, not there. It's confusing.

Mine does all three? Hahahaha

I only discovered that this was a fantastic extension the second time I gave it a try.

Here is the journey seen from the perspective of a new user: I search for and install this extension from the Add-ons page. Immediately after, it is presented in the list of installed Add-ons. Here there are three buttons: Preferences, Disable Remove. The common pattern for plugins is that things are configured in the "Preferences" for an add-on. So I went there... The only place that looks like I can configure keyboard shortcuts is "Custom XUL Keys". What? I'm supposed to figure out the "Key Name" and the "Action" myself? What? Nah, this isn't an extension for me. Uninstall keybinder.

Only after discovering that there weren't really any good alternatives did I re-install it and discover the perfect Tools/Keybinder menu item. Things like that are almost always accessible from the Preferences of the Add-on.

It has been there literally for the larger part of a year.

Yup, I'm an idiot. It has been confirmed.
Sorry for the noise.
