Evaluate upgrading ICSharpCode.Decompiler to 8.0 (HAST-279)

Let's upgrade the decompiler and see if that solves some problems regarding for loop transformation. If not, open an issue in their repo about it.
Also look at the changes to see what in the new major release might be useful to Hastlayer.
