Get rid of explicit flavor configuration (HAST-244)

Now that we have WITH_HAST_CORE that can be used in compiler directives we don't need the flavor setting in IHastlayerConfiguration. So maybe remove it?
This would possibly not be an issue anymore with #35
With the open-sourcing this isn't applicable anymore.
