Nicehash pool disconnection issue

Lost connection to stratum server or server not reachable. That's what I'm getting when mining ironfish algorithm,. It's urgent but is it Nicehash pool problem or issue with lolminer? I've seen a thread back from 2023 but it didn't seemed to get enough attention to fix the issue.
