Nexa hashrate randomly low

Jinxsyns opened this issue · comments

For some reason randomly my nexa hashrate is 260 mh/s on my zotac trinity 4090 with overclock. Just yesterday with the same settings I was getting an average of 310 mh/s. I was using lolminer 1.72 because 1.8 for some reason would not mine. I tried downloading the new 1.83 update and it is at least working but I'm still seeing the weird drop in hashrate. I've also been having a weird ram issue for almost 2 months no matter what I've done I can't fix. For reference the only place I've even gotten a response from is https://linustechtips.com/topic/1551456-im-having-weirdly-high-ram-usage-on-startup/. but for some reason with the overclock now it won't pull the 445 watt average it usually pulls. Weirdly it will give me the same hashrate I'd have without the overclock. Yet also without the overclock it will pull the 445 average wattage. While with the overclock it won't pull over 350 watts.

Son I randomly had some artificing on the card yesterday after a random overnight 20% performance lose let it sit after calling xidax the system integrator i used (cable management is better then what I could do and it was during the great gpu shortage). and now it's running fine? so fine even the like 2% of performance I never seemed to get on nexa (i always boiled it down to silicon lottery and hashrate.no being a reference not a guideline) so I always got 315mh/s average now it's above even the 329mh/s average it says on hashrate.no and is 332 average mh/s.

all the integrator told me to do to start was reseat the gpu without the riser but idk if my power cable from the psu will reach because It's vertically mounted with a riser. and quite honestly if its working now and not giving me issues I will just reopen and reference back to this post if i have any further issues. Thank you!
