[Bug]: Local formatting no work

Describe the bug
yarn format:check fails
Steps To Reproduce
yarn format, only on local for some reason, works fine in gh actions
Expected behavior
it is supposed to not go "oopsie woopsie"
What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

I use arch btw
I feel like I've had some issues with eslint when working with https://github.com/r2dev2/cryptoduel. Perhaps I should investigate what I did there to fix eslint.
