Improve logging in chain connector plugin

Description
Currently, in chain connector plugin the logging is less informative for the user to know exact details about missing blockHeaders and aggregateCommit and also the error message is the same in 2 different functions so not sure whether it is failing in getCertificateFromAggregateCommit or checkChainOfTrust
Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
