The repo's README refers readers to a notion site for the Agora specs:

Is it intentional for the specs to not be visible to the public?

This issue seems to have re-surfaced. The link in the README (https://liqwid.notion.site/e85c09d2c9a542b19aac8dd3d6caa98b?v=b6442faef00849fa8e92bc3771a22630) is still the same as the one presented by @GeorgeFlerovsky
