Remove Property Accessors

The 270. 271, 837, and 835 transaction models support "property accessors" to streamline data access within the nested X12 transaction model.

While the property accessors may be helpful, they may also be a bit opinionated and not well suited for general use. We will remove the current accessors and open a new issue to collaborate and design general use properties.
