I made a project demonstrating how to start up a LFH FHIR server, optionally configure it to use Postgres, and import data to it from Synthea:

Please consider cloning it into your org (I'm all done making changes to it unless you have any specific requests before I forget everything about it) and/or linking to it from your user guide. Maybe in the README under Running the server in a new section called "community guides"?
Sure :) I've since moved on to unrelated projects and can't spend much time on it anymore but I won't mind any way you want to make use of it. If you want me to make a PR for your proposal, it sounds straight forward so I could do that — let me know :)
