Have you solved the problem? I also encountered the problem

which method are you using?

Altstore

were you previously jailbroken? and also what ios version and device are you using?

I've tried it both ways with the same result

yes iphone12pro 14.4.2

remove the sideloaded apps entirely and delete the profile from your settings, and then reboot

Un and fugu14?

yes, as they both don't work or solve your issue, correct?

I tried to restore the phone before, but the problem still could not be solved

remove altstore too, and reboot phone, then sideload altstore again from your pc

so your phone is stuck in a confusion right now thinking it's an untethered state, you need to restore root fs and i'm trying to walk you through

Ok, thank you. I'll try it now

But now the phone cannot recover the root file system

that's okay, I got you. let me know when done.

Okay, thank you.

The same error is displayed

The problem has not yet been solved

we aren't done yet, I said to report back when done lol.

Do you have a specific time

Reboot in recovery mode, use "recovery -s" and type the following "setenv boot-args x", "saveenv", "reboot" I don't know how to do this

which tutorial you following?
it's this one.

1- Delet Fugu14 an Unc0ver
2- Downlod Fugu14 from github
3- Download the modified Main.swift file From here (
https://wetransfer.com/downloads/157f775349aadda89284f22be416c36b20211029220617/838216 )

4- Replace Main.Swift in this path

arm/iOS/jailbreakd/sources/jailbreakd/

5- compile Fugu14 with Xcode and sideload it in ur iphone

6- Setup Fugu and untether + Jailbreak

7- after Reboot Delete Fugu14 and the modified Fugu14 folder in ur mac

8- Download Fugu14 again from Guthub

9- Sideload it again with xcode

10- setup Fugu14 and untether + Jailbreak

11- now after reboot fugu14 should show to u (( RootFS and update Untether )

12- now go and sideload unc0ver from AltStore and choose (( without untether ))

13- after unc0ver installed go to unc0ver setting and enable reinstall cydia then hit Jailbreak

14- Welcome Back Cydia

The method has already been tried and still displays an error

you followed it step by step? ^^^^

how far do you get in the steps?

Yes

let's set the environment, is your device connected right now to your mac?

Yes

Use iRecovery:
irecovery -s (enter)
boot-args untether (enter)
saveenv (enter)
reboot (enter)

Do it and try again

This operation will not be used

Is there a detailed tutorial

brew install libirecovery

let me know when done

run that command in a new terminal

Where can I download LibiRecovery

do you have homebrew on your mac?

I installed FUgu14 when I installed it on the computer before

im not asking about fugu, do you have homebrew installed ?

open terminal and paste this and hit enter:

/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)"

next, after installing homebrew, open a new terminal and type:

brew install libirecovery

Libirecovery has been installed

Use iRecovery:
irecovery -s (enter)
boot-args untether (enter)
saveenv (enter)
reboot (enter)

Does the phone enter the code at the terminal in recovery mode

you need to have your iphone connected to your mac, and run these commands from your mac terminal, this won't put your phone into recovery mode

According to command not found recovery

now can you open fugu and "restore rootfs" ?

According to command not found recovery

irecovery -s (command not found?) is that what it says?

yes

boot-args untether command not found

boot-args x

saveenv command not found

command not found:boot

restart mac

What do I do after the restart

Fugu14 According to install untether

open terminal, and try running
-irecovery --version

It's already been run

did you get a version?

3974bfd3d441da3:1177
Entering recovery mode, starting command prompt
b5255f381ca81f9:223

boot-args untether
ea0f64a4253252:443
saveenv
ea0f64a4253252:443
reboot

okay cool, install untether

The untether failed to install.error failed to rename snapshot

do you have restore rootfs option?

Can't the problem be solved now?

try:
irecovery -s
boot-args x
saveenv
reboot

The untether failed to install.error failed to rename snapshot

did your phone reboot after typing reboot?

After restart in recovery mode
