Define modules using a YAML (or JSON) file

Each module should be defined using a YAML or JSON file placed in the root of the module's directory. This be the starting point for all of the module's configuration.
An advanced dotfile manager based on GNU stow with features such as dependancies, install/remove hooks, and dotfile generation.
